Bolly Fitness was created out of this need to incorporate essential components of physical fitness that are often missed by a regular dance fitness workout.

  • Muscular endurance is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to perform repetitive contractions against a force for an extended period of time.

Bolly Fitness music is inspired by Bollywood and world music with specific beats that will move you in a way that create a total impact on your whole body fitness while creating an enjoyable and satisfying experience.

Founded by Ritu Singh, ACE Certified Personal and Group Fitness Trainer, Bolly Fitness is a best-in-class, complete body workout. Ritu has taught several dance fitness programs in the past and with over 12 years of experience and a certification in fitness from American Council on Exercise (ACE), a leading nonprofit organization certifying health coaches and exercise professionals, she seeks to get people moving in the best way possible.
